Ensuring the KrisFlyer miles are credited into your account

Write-in to sg.corporate@gentingcruiselines.com with your reservation number, KrisFlyer membership number and registered KrisFlyer name, at least 48 hours prior to sailing. KrisFlyer miles will be credited into your KrisFlyer account approximately six to eight weeks after your sailing date.

KrisFlyer Membership Benefits on Dream Cruises

KrisFlyer miles can be earned for bookings made directly with Dream Cruises for cruise bookings in Balcony Stateroom (BSS/BSA) and/or Palace Suite (DPS/DSA) from 4 October 2021 in Singapore. Bookings may be made via Dream Cruises' website, call centre at 6808 2288 or Dream Cruises Singapore Sales Office at 3 Lim Teck Kim Road, Genting Centre #01-05 Singapore 088934.

In addition, KrisFlyer members who book a Balcony Stateroom (BSS/BSA) may enjoy a complimentary upgrade to Balcony Deluxe Stateroom (BDS/BDA) and complimentary Standard WiFi for up to two (2) devices per room. Cabin upgrade is subject to availability at the point of request.

To earn KrisFlyer miles and access/enjoy these benefits, members MUST contact Dream Cruises via email, call or walk-in : -

  1. After completion of the cruise booking on Dream Cruises’ website, at least 48 hours prior to the sailing:
    1. Write-in to sg.corporate@gentingcruiselines.com and include with Dream Cruises’ reservation number, KrisFlyer name and membership number.
  2. At point of call-in or walk-in booking or after completion of booking, at least 48 hours prior to the sailing:
    1. For Call-ins at 6808 2288, please inform Dream Cruises staff of your KrisFlyer membership to earn miles and receive the KrisFlyer Benefits.
    2. For Walk-ins, please inform Dream Cruises staff of your KrisFlyer membership to earn miles and receive the KrisFlyer Benefits.

KrisFlyer members with Balcony Stateroom (BSS/BSA) bookings may enjoy a complimentary upgrade to Balcony Deluxe Stateroom (BDS/BDA) subject to availability, including free Standard WiFi for up to two (2) devices per room.

Please note that the above benefits are eligible for sailings departing from Singapore's Super Seacation sailings only. Future sailings to other port of calls outside Singapore may be included, subjected to regulatory approval.

While onboard World Dream

The complimentary Standard WIFI for up to two (2) devices per cabin benefit is applicable for KrisFlyer members who are booked in the eligible cabins on/after 4 October 2021 and had informed Dream Cruises of the arrangement at least 48 hours before sailing.

Eligible members may download the Dream Cruises App and follow the on-screen instructions to enjoy complimentary WIFI during your cruise.

No, the free Standard WIFI for up to two (2) devices per cabin benefit is applicable for KrisFlyer members who make their bookings on/after 4 October 2021 and have informed Dream Cruises of the arrangement at least 48 hours before sailing. Guests who have applied for KrisFlyer membership after cruise completion will not be eligible for the benefit and/or reimbursement.
Yes, you need to top up the price difference upon your bill settlement prior to disembarkation as the KrisFlyer member benefit is for Standard WIFI for up to two (2) devices per cabin.
Cabin upgrades made onboard the cruise will not earn additional KrisFlyer miles. The KrisFlyer miles earned will be accorded based on your original reservation made on/after 4 October 2021, before sailing.

Making changes to your booking

Should you change your sailing dates with Dream Cruises, please provide your KrisFlyer membership number to your original booking source at the point of booking amendment.

If your booking was made for Balcony Stateroom, Dream Cruises will advise you on the availability of the cabin upgrade. Do note that the cabin upgrade is subjected to availability at the point of date change request.

Terms & Conditions

  1. All bookings are subject to Dream Cruises’ terms & conditions and the earning of KrisFlyer miles is subject to the KrisFlyer Terms and Conditions.
  2. For Balcony Stateroom bookings booked via Dream Cruises website, write in to sg.corporate@gentingcruiselines.com at least 48 working hours in advance, with your Dream Cruises reservation number, KrisFlyer membership number and registered KrisFlyer name to accrue KrisFlyer miles, upgrade to Balcony Deluxe stateroom and obtained free Standard WIFI for up to two (2) devices per cabin. Upgrade to Balcony Deluxe stateroom is subject to availability at the point of request via email, call-in or walk-in.
  3. For Palace Suite bookings booked via Dream Cruises website, write in to sg.corporate@gentingcruiselines.com at least 48 working hours in advance, with your Dream Cruises reservation number, KrisFlyer membership number and registered KrisFlyer name to accrue KrisFlyer miles.
  4. Mileage accrual and KrisFlyer Members Benefit is available for bookings made on or after 4 Oct 2021 only.
  5. KrisFlyer miles are earned for bookings made directly with Dream Cruises. In order to be eligible, please ensure that:
    1. You write-in to sg.corporate@gentingcruiselines.com with your Dream Cruises reservation number, KrisFlyer membership number and registered KrisFlyer name, at least 48 hours prior to the sailing when you book on Dream Cruises' website; or
    2. Inform Dream Cruises' reservation agents of your KrisFlyer membership number and registered KrisFlyer name when you make bookings by calling-in at 6808 2288 or at Dream Cruises' Singapore Sales office at 3 Lim Teck Kim Road #01-05 Singapore 088934
    3. Your cruise booking is made under your name, as it appears in your KrisFlyer membership records and Passport
  6. Complimentary cabin, cabin redeemed with KrisFlyer miles and deep-discounted fares are not eligible to earn miles.
  7. KrisFlyer miles will be accorded for reservation booked directly with Dream Cruises only and not applicable for bookings via Travel Agents, Online Travel Agents and e-Commerce platforms.
  8. KrisFlyer miles will only be awarded once based on per cabin basis to the registered KrisFlyer member and member must cruise along.
  9. KrisFlyer miles will be credited six to eight weeks after you have successfully completed your cruise experience, and any cancelled bookings will not be eligible for mileage accrual. If you believe that you are missing KrisFlyer miles and would like to make a claim, please submit a claim form through KrisFlyer.
  10. To earn KrisFlyer miles on Dream Cruises, you should be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain your membership when completing your booked sailing. If you are not a KrisFlyer member, please visit www.krisflyer.com to find out more about the membership and how to enrol.
  11. You must ensure that any KrisFlyer miles you earn are towards your own individual KrisFlyer account. You are not allowed to transfer KrisFlyer miles to another KrisFlyer account, and if discovered, any such miles will be reversed automatically.
